A statistical advisory desk for your editorial team.
Need an independent statistical read on a submission or a methodological question? Discuss on-demand support or an annual retainer block, with scope and capacity agreed around your journal's needs.
Support for the decisions editors face
- Methodological triage. Identify statistical concerns in a manuscript and clarify which questions need a specialist review.
- Focused statistical review. Examine agreed methods, results and tables, with findings tied to the manuscript and prioritized by their implications.
- Revision assessment. Check whether revised analyses and explanations address the statistical concerns raised in review.
You receive a written assessment of the agreed questions, supporting reasoning and suggested next steps. Editorial decisions remain with your journal.
One manuscript or ongoing support
Start with a single scoped review, or discuss an annual retainer block for recurring methodological questions and manuscript assessments. We agree on the included work, volume, turnaround, fee and availability before an engagement begins.
Retainer capacity and response times are confirmed individually. Data analysis, code execution or work outside the agreed review scope requires a separate agreement.

Confidentiality and editorial independence
Before sharing an unpublished submission, confirm that your journal permits outside statistical review. We agree on access, confidentiality requirements and any conflicts of interest before accepting the work. A signed confidentiality agreement or NDA is available.
Materials are used only for the agreed engagement, are not shared outside Reviewer Ready without written permission, and are deleted within 30 days of delivery. See our confidentiality approach. Any ongoing arrangement must fit these handling and retention commitments.
